- Generally short leadtimes and clear back order information.
Cons
- With such a product range, customer services sometimes lack the knowledge needed to answer technical questions.
- In my experience, orders can often arrive damaged or mixed up. There’s nothing more annoying that receiving a 1020 Piece Stainless Steel Nut set that is completely mixed up!
